That means providing her clients with the professional, honest, courteous and prompt service she would expect from an insurance professional.   Experience Counts Theresa relocated to Wisconsin from Washington with 10 years of Personal Lines insurance experience. She began her insurance career as an assistant and worked her way to an Account Manager and today, a Personal Lines Manager. Theresa is licensed in Property and Casualty insurance. Because Theresa is well-versed in all aspects of the insurance transaction, she possesses a broad knowledge of both service and sales. She has also attained her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designations. Theresa specializes in: Considering and understanding her clients' needs and concerns. Understanding those needs and how an insurance protection plan can enhance the clients' lives. Being licensed in Property & Casualty, Michele's duties include: Assisting clients with any changes or updates to their policies. Working with each client individually, evaluating their situation and finding solutions to best fit their insurance needs. Marilyn is a Personal Lines Account Manager for Valley Insurance Associates, Inc. (VIA) and is responsible for servicing new and existing clients with all of their personal insurance needs.   Marilyn has worked in the insurance industry since 1986 and is a licensed agent for Property and Casualty insurance.   A native of Mishicot, Wisconsin, Marilyn moved to Appleton in May 1998 to pursue her career in the Personal Lines insurance field.   In her spare time, Marilyn enjoys time with her family, bowling, the Packers, golfing, and sewing.

As a Personal Lines Account Executive for Valley Insurance Associates, Inc. (VIA), Michelle brings over 12 years of experience to you. In addition to being licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health, she has also received her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation.   Evaluating Needs Michelle specializes in evaluating and understanding her clients' needs. Her expertise lies in developing unique protection plans that best fit the needs of each client. She educates her clients on what is available to them and hope they feel "peace of mind" that they have taken the steps to protect their most valuable assets.   Understanding that insurance is always changing and can be confusing, she speaks your language. She strives to provide her clients with the exceptional service they deserve and instill confidence in their decision to choose VIA. Irene Welch Account Manager Email Irene

Bilingual Service As a Personal Lines Account Manager for Valley Insurance Associates, Inc. (VIA), Irene has the advantage of a second language to communicate with her clients. A native of Chicago, IL, she speaks Polish, as well as English. No matter which language she is speaking, her goal remains the same: to educate, not overwhelm, her clients. She provides professional service to them with CAT: Courtesy, Accuracy and Timeliness.   As a VIA "Team One" associate, she is busy: Developing long term relationships with clients to better understand their insurance coverage needs. Handling client requests, inquiries and assists in the claims process and final positive resolution. Reviewing and identifying clients’ additional insurance needs and discussing how those changes can enhance their financial future, while looking for cost-effective protection for them. Striving to maintain up-to-date changes in insurance law and legislation, as well as carrier changes, that impact her clients and their needs. Working closely with Account Executives to help develop individualized insurance protection plans to best fit each client. Experience Counts When Irene joined the insurance industry in 2006, she developed her insurance experience while serving clients at an agency in a Necedah, WI. Being a smaller agency, she had the opportunity to work with not only Personal Lines clients, but also Commercial and Group Health clients, as well. She is also currently working on obtaining her CISR designation, and is looking forward to earning it later this year.   In Irene’s Words "Although I was born and raised in the 'Windy City' of Chicago, I was happy to relocate to Necedah, WI, and now, the larger community of Oshkosh.
