Property Evaluations
We make use of the Boeckh Appraisal guide and/or company evaluations to make sure building valuations are adequate.
 
Loss Control Services
Using our expertise in loss control, your property can be surveyed to establish any problem areas or suggestions for limiting not only property losses but liability losses as well.
 
Loss Analysis
We will review losses to help analyze problem areas. Also, in reviewing losses we may be able to have an Experience Mod recalculated.
 
Experience Modification Calculation
Refiguring tentative experience mods, due to claims being closed.
 
Quarterly Reviews
We set up quarterly reviews to go over current values, payrolls, and  problem loss areas. This will help avoid any surprises at renewal time.
